- Great customer serviceHaving received my order, I found two of the boxes to be damaged, the response from the Packing Boxes team was outstanding and they offered a refund or replacement without question.

- My experience with this company is a 1/10My experience with this company is a 1/10.
After ordering I had to send 3-4 mails to find out where my order was.
After locating it, half the order was ‘out of stock’
When delivered the wardrobe box was watered damaged and unusable.
The plastic ‘tub’ was vastly over priced for its size!
I then spent 5 weeks mailing them to get a refund on the damaged wardrobe box.
Eventually I got a reply saying sorry and they’d send a new wardrobe box! I HAD MOVED HOUSE 4 WEEKS AGO!!
Very poor from start to finish. No cohesion of customer service.
Only plus is I eventually got refunds.
Nothing but stress dealing with them.

- Good value but not the strongestThese boxes do the job for moving clothes on their hangars. They are not the strongest, but also not t he most expensive. Very satisfied.

Phoned again, on hold for an hour, so left voicemail. Ignored.
Thankfully paid thru PayPal, so got a refund from them.
