Unfortunately we were initially sent the wrong tape however the correct one was sent out to us really quickly and free of charge so I really can't fault the service. The tape itself is a little thin however for the price paid you can't grumble and to be fair it cuts well, sticks well and clearly marks the boxes with our fragile stuff in. Perfect

My very large fragile parcels reached the recipients in good order. I even had good feedback about the standard of the packaging. Custom made boxes for irregular packages was a great bonus, very glad I found the site.
