I bought this product after my last move (my flatmate had one very similar), hoping it would make taping easier; little did I know, the part where the gun is supposed to cut the tape, isn't sharp, and I had to cut with scissors. I tried every angle but it just doesn't work. Maybe mine was defective, but it's a bummer since the tape dispenser works just fine. It still helped me a lot.
