We were moving. Needed boxes. The first order came fairly quickly. Needed more boxes. Second order needed chasing but turned up. Needed more boxes and time was getting short. Ordered express delivery. Had to chase again. Nothing. Cancelled the day before we moved. Two days later the boxes were sent out. I e-mailed saying I had cancelled. Nothing. Now the boxes I no longer need will be arriving at my old address and I have to return them (still no response from the company.) If you are moving, find someone else. Or ask your removal firm. Ours dropped emergency boxes straight to our door the next morning. Much better.
