I feel my order was delivered promptly, but the exterior packaging was not up to
scratch, the plastic wrap was coming away from the blankets,it was a good job it was not raining as the goods would have got wet, but apart from that it was fine, customer services was good, after we amended the order, all in all a good experience. (Posted on 29/11/2010)
